A timeout may be triggered if the network is slow and the file sent for scanning is very large.

A scan for driver’s license will not pick up an Illinois driver’s license.

When the custom condition within a policy is configured to ignore a name value that matches the sender’s signature as PII AND the sender includes the same name value as part of the message salutation, all text under the salutation may be considered part of a signature and therefore ignored (not scanned).
